About Jillianne Hamilton
Writing books, composing blog posts and designing graphics make up a major chunk of my life. My first novel, Molly Miranda: Thief for Hire, was published in 2015 and was shortlisted for the 2016 Prince Edward Island Book Award. My second and third novels, Molly Miranda: Thick as Thieves and Molly Miranda: Honor Among Thieves, were published in 2016 and 2017. My first non-fiction book, The Lazy Historian’s Guide to the Wives of Henry VIII, was published in 2018. Learn more.
I graduated from the Journalism program at Holland College in 2010 and then, after that, the Interactive Multimedia program. I was hired by a PEI graphic and web design firm in 2011 and I’ve been there ever since.
I also love history, podcasts, crafting, costume dramas, comedy, tattoos, and feminism. I live with my extremely patient husband and a very cute corgi puppy in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island on Canada’s beautiful east coast.
I am not currently accepting book review requests.
None of the book reviews I write are posted in exchange for monetary compensation.
