Surviving Those Rainy Day Blues (Free Printable!)


Spring has sprung, and for many, this means it’s time to get those little ones back outside! After a long cold Canadian winter, spring opens the doors to many outdoor activities that have to be put on the backburner during the colder months.

Spring also means rain, and lots of it. When the weather isn’t ideal, what can be done to keep your kids occupied? There are many creative ways to keep your kids occupied when the weather isn’t ideal. Board games, movie marathons, and video games are all great options to have some indoor fun with your little buddies.

Something I have been a fan of recently is colouring sheets, a perfect activity to help teach your younger children about colours, spatial awareness, and maybe even instill an appreciation of visual art along the way. There are many great, free colouring sheets available online.
