Hey there! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. Santa brought me a Silhouette Cameo for Chriiiistmas so I tested it out using cut file from The Cut Shoppe and made this page featuring my grandmother and grandfather and me at my wedding.

I swear, I’ll finish my wedding album someday…

I’m a big fan of the curled up corners with the bright yellow. I think it’s a technique I’ll be going back to again. I’m not in love with the title but I was kind of running out of space. I used a layer of white gesso to calm down the busy background between the hearts a little bit.

The paper with the wee little flower print and the yellow plaid are both from Maggie Holmes Bloom and the yellow paper with the diamond pattern is from the C’est La Vie collection from Pink Paislee.

Also, I know I said I was going to try to do a layout without florals but I don’t think it’s going to happen anytime soon. I think having little flowers popping up all over a layout just finishes it off so nicely!
